  • Goats cheese éclair, beetroot carpaccio, balsamic (V)


  • Creamed celeriac and apple soup, crème fraiche, ciabatta (v)
  • Terrine of game, bacon wrap, mulled plum chutney, sour dough toast
  • Warm mackerel fillet, curried potato, lime and mint yoghurt
  • Water melon, feta and chilli ice cream (v)
  • Beetroot cured salmon, horseradish, grain mustard, rocket, rye bread

Jelly and ice cream

  • Spiced winter berry jelly, clementine ice cream (V)

Main Courses

  • Turkey escalope, apricot and chestnut farce, chipolata, baby roast potatoes, cranberry jelly, sloe gin gravy
  • Tranche of salmon, fennel confit, seafood and lemon grass broth
  • 72 hour braised daube of beef, Gratin potatoes, honeyed winter roots and Madeira
  • Roast winter squash and dolcelatte tartlette, truffled wild mushrooms, white onion puree (V)
  • Fillet of sea bass, herbed risotto, lemon and prawn velouté

Savoury Course

  • English Brie rarebit, apple bread (V)


  • Warm Christmas pudding, Christmas pudding ice cream, holly tuiles, cinnamon foam
  • Baked egg custard, prume and armagnac tart, nutmeg ice cream
  • Warm plum and almond frangipane, white chocolate and cherry parfait
  • Sticky toffee pudding, banana ice cream and butterscotch
  • Chocolate Marquise, honeycomb parfait, salted cashew

Coffee and petit fours

  • Americano coffee, artisan chocolates, fudge and marshmallows
