  • Roast chicken and tarragon terrine, chicory jam, carrot textures, toasted brioche
  • Cream of leek and potato soup, poached hens egg, parmesan foam
  • Home smoked fillet of mackerel, Waldorf salad, pickled apples
  • Warm salad of radish and beetroot, watercress panna cotta
  • Home cured salmon gravadlax, pickled vegetable salad, horseradish potatoes

Intermediate

  • Smoked Mandarin jelly

Main Courses*

  • Roulade of turkey breast, cranberry and chestnut stuffing, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, sprouts
  • Slow cooked blade of beef, truffled mash, salt baked turnips and beetroots, salsify, braising juices
  • Nage of salmon and tiger prawn, wilted spinach, charred spring onion
  • Jerusalem artichoke risotto, truffle oil, Parmesan
  • Pan fried fillet of hake, chou croute, pickled mushrooms, soy jus
