Main courses

  • Trio of Herefordshire beef - Sous vide fillet, oxtail faggot and crispy rib, dauphinoise, wild mushrooms and Madeira
  • Fillet of Cornish sea bass, prawn and piquillo risotto, tomato and saffron beurre blanc
  • Artichoke and asparagus tartlet, Brie rarebit, poached duck egg and garlic foam (V)
